Ceramic Corrugated Packing
Description:
The ceramic corrugated (structured) packing is one of ceramic random tower filler, and it can be divided into ceramic plate packing and mesh corrugated filler according to different structures.
Features:
The ceramic corrugated packing enjoys larger specific surface area, big flux , small resistance and high efficiency. It has a good performance in corrosion resistance. The ceramic corrugated packing can work in high temperature up to more than 1000 °C. The ceramic corrugated structured packing is flexible to handle in practice. Considered these features, this kind of tower packing is quite suitable to rectify and absorb corrosive materials. Those materials have strict requirements in pressure drop and theoretical plate number.
Models:
The models of ceramic corrugated (structured) parking include 100-750X/Y(X=Obliquity 30°, Y=Obliquity 45 °). The numbers before X, Y is the surface area of ceramic corrugate parking. The diameter of packing box can be 100-8,000mm. The models of ceramic corrugate parking can also be designed according to the requirements of customers.
