Metal Conjugate Ring
In TallKee import/export, we mainly provide customers with two kinds of conjugate rings: metal and plastic types.
The conjugate ring belongs to the category of metal random packing. This kind of filler combines the advantages of the saddle packing and the ring packing. Thus its structure is much more compact and symmetry. When the metal cascade ring has been half cut along the axial and one of them has been reversed 108°, the conjugate ring comes into being.
Our conjugate rings have the characteristics of conjugate shape rib, high symmetry. It piles up very evenly in tower so as to not overlap along the axial. What's more, the liquid can distribute evenly on packing surface. There are more contact points between the inner ribs of adjacent parking and the surface, which can strengthen the gathering and dispersing of the liquid in the inner ribs and promote the surface updates of contact. This structure makes the conjugate ring small pressure drop, large contact area, well mass transfer etc.
1. Plastic Conjugate Ring:
The polypropylene-type plastic conjugate ring can be widely applied to methyl methacrylate, alcohol purification, acid absorption, methyl ester distillation, waste gas purification, eucalyptus oil purification, water purification, etc.
Thanks to the unique structure, gas and liquid in the tower can contact when the fluid goes through the packing layer. This proves the advantages of the polypropylene conjugate ring: small fluid resistance, small pressure drop and large flow.
